An honest map of what runs live on testnet today and the one thing that is still a labelled mock.

Almost everything runs live on testnet and can be checked right now. One thing is a mock, and every screen labels it.

Real and verified

The one honest stub

World Selfie Check runs as a labelled mock until Sandbox tester access lands. The abuse-prevention rule it feeds — one person cannot hold both sides of a claim — is fully built, enforced, and tested. Only the live selfie call is stubbed, and the UI says “Mock Selfie Check” wherever it appears.

Known limitations

• The gateway keeps its live index in a single JSON file. Hedera is the durable audit log; the file is a fast cache. One gateway instance, not a cluster.
• The browser-signed wallet flows on the claim and dispute pages are written and type-checked but were driven end-to-end by the agent and the seed, not yet from a browser wallet.
• Mainnet is not deployed yet. The contracts have no owner and no upgrade path, so mainnet is a fresh deploy planned before Sept 30.
